Discovery session
A 60-minute partner-led consultation with your founding group. You leave with a written readiness assessment and a proposed engagement scope.
- Week 1–2
Engagement letter & mandate
We agree the scope, fixed fee, and timeline in a formal engagement letter. Conflict checks are completed and partners are assigned.
- Week 3–6
Constitution & manifesto drafting
Our team drafts your party constitution, founders' resolution, governance code, and manifesto in collaboration with your leadership.
- Week 6–10
Member organising & document pack
We help you assemble the founding member roll, district presence evidence, ID verifications, and the full supporting document pack.
- Week 10–12
Filing with the Registrar
We lodge Form PPR-1 and the document pack, secure the reference number, and manage all official correspondence on your behalf.
- Month 4–6
Notice, objections & determination
We respond to public objections, attend hearings where required, and stay engaged until the Registrar's written determination is issued.

- After the paid discovery session, we issue a fixed-fee proposal covering the full registration mandate. Statutory filing fees are passed through at cost.
- Will you take both sides of a split?
- No. We accept only one party per electoral cycle per jurisdiction. All prospective clients are conflict-checked before we engage.
- Do you guarantee registration?
- No advisor honestly can. We do guarantee that your application will meet every statutory requirement on filing — over the last cycle, 96% were registered on the first determination.
- Can you support us after registration?
- Yes. We offer an annual retainer covering filings, compliance, candidate nominations, and any disputes that arise after registration.
