Party constitution
Rules and regulations covering aims and objects, membership, organisational structure, internal elections, office bearer terms, funds, accounts, audit and dissolution.
Memorandum and office bearer list

Member affidavits and membership proof
At least 100 members enrolled as electors must swear affidavits confirming they are members of this party and of no other registered political party. Every detail must reconcile with the electoral roll.
Affidavit contents
Member name, address, EPIC number, constituency, and a declaration of sole party membership, notarised.
Membership register
An extract of the membership register signed by the authorised office bearer.

Identity, address and publication documents
Beyond the constitution and affidavits, the ECI needs proof that the party exists as an accountable entity with a verifiable head office and that the public was given a chance to object.

PAN in the party's name plus bank account particulars for accounts and contribution reporting.
Head office address proof
Registered head office proof — ownership document, rent agreement or NOC with utility bill.
